At check-in, I was surprised to learn that there is a fully-staffed front desk and concierge. I was under the impression that Aspen Square was more condo than hotel, so this was a pleasant surprise. Once we got to the hotel, we didn't use our rental car at all. We walked 2 blocks every morning to ski Aspen Mountain, and tons of Aspen restaurants were a few blocks away as well... I should have read the reviews here first... I put my clients in 3 separate rooms... 2 fireplace suites and a one-bedroom... I had emailed my clients photos from the Aspen Square website of the rooms... but the rooms they put us in were very sub-par and not at all like the photos on the website... This condo exceeded all my expectations. The room was small, but nicely updated, clean, and well laid out, with plenty of storage. We had a view facing Cooper Street, which I think is probably the less desirable view side (the other side faces Ajax), but the view was still great and we enjoyed it very much.
