We had a great time staying at the new Innsbruck! Started with the van picking us up at the airport. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The housekeeping was superb. We are going to make this our summer spot to stay! more

The Innsbruck is a great place to stay in Aspen. The condominiums are spacious and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is small and quaint and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back! more

The Innsbruck is trying to be a high end hotel after failing as a timeshare. Good luck. The place has limited facilities (no ice or coke machines) with a bath tub size pool and closet exercise room. We were given a room in front that faced the main street, which was very noisy with traffic + the Hot Tub. We asked to be moved, but the front desk was indifferent to helping us, even though the place was only 1/4 full. Enjoyed our stay in this brand new condo. Great furnishings, leather sofas, granite counter tops, flat sctreen tvs, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Staff was very helpful with reservations for dinner and a rafting trip. They even had bikes for us.Higher priced but worth it. more

I feel very priveleged to have been one of the first people to stay in the Innsbruck as it opens its refurnished doors for winter 07/08.
