The hotel room was clean yet, the temperature was either too hot or too cold. Could not regulate the heat in the room. The business office printers did not have ink. The staff could not get ink cartridges on the weekend because they were locked in someones office. Restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. more

The entrance of this place very well hidden, the address they advertise (3200 South Parker) leads you to an intersection near the hotel but nowhere close to it's actual entrance.
