My overall stay was good, the hotel was very clean. I had three problems. I stayed in a connecting room so I could hear the other's room TV at 7am which woke me up. The other problem was that the ironing board was stained with ink (which looked like dry ink) but when I ironed my shirt it completely ruined... more

The Hilton Orlando Altamonte Springs is a favorite with groups and individual travelers alike. Tucked just blocks away from Downtown Altamonte, it's a quiet and comfortable hotel with all the amenties you'd expect from Hilton. Friendly and helpful staff, a restaurant and bar, outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, and free well-lit parking. We've stayed here a number of... more

Having never stayed at a Hilton Hotel before, I had heard nothing but great things from friends and family about the hotel chain. We were very excited for our five day/ four night stay and figured we'd get a pretty decent room considering the high cost and the reputation of the hotel chain. I will start off by saying that... more

Stayed 1 night here this past Monday but my 3rd trip to this hotel. I like this hotel because of it's location to my business in the area as well, it is close to shopping, food and a great Gold's Gym that they have a relationship with. The hotel is currently undergoing some rennovaitons which I am sympathetic to BUT,... more

First of all, for context, we paid very little to stay here and in dollar for dollar many things impressed us. The gym and pool area were very nice and well-maintained with a small waterfall and spa. When we called for a toothbrush it arrived in less than five minutes and the newly-remodeled rooms are certainly adequate if only average... more

This hotel is very average and a better place can surely be found for the price you might pay. This was a business trip so at least I didn't have to pay for this bill out of my pocket, that's really the only saving grace here. The good: * Wireless internet worked fine * Nice LCD tv * Location -... more

Just returned from a week long stay and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The fitness center was also the best I have used and the equipment was exceptional. The hotel location near I-4 and many restaurants and malls was also convenient and the ample parking made hotel access easy. Also, the ongoing interior construction was not a big issue.... more

My friend was literally eaten by bed bugs, When moved to a different room the chomping continued. The manager and housekeeping staff said that it happened multiple times before. The bites disfigured her for a month. She was mocked at work and the pain and itching were insufferable. It was painful to look at and her discomfort was something no... more

The location is useful. The hotel is close to I-4 and to Altamonte Springs Mall and yet is in quite a leafy peaceful residential area. It is currently undergoing renovations. It needs them. We had a bedroom on the 8th floor.Good sized room with 2 queens, desk with good desk chair, one easy chair and an excellent flat screen TV.... more

Hilton Altamonte Springs boasts wireless Internet access in the rooms but I was not able to connect via laptop. Spent several hours on the phone with the hotel's service provider, received a ticket number and was told to call back several times. Finally, a technician apologized and stated, “It’s a problem on our end, there’s simply nothing more we can... more
