We tried to cancel our reservation with this hotel and was still charged for the room on our credit card. We have tried to get the hotel to reverse the charges but have been unable to get them to cooperate. They claim we are lying about canceling the reservation even though we were able to produce a cancellation number and the name of the person that canceled it. The persons's name was Meela. Not a very common name and they do have a person that handles all their cancellations named Meela. So be very careful giving you card info unless you are sure you plan to stay. more
