Simple, yet spacious rooms and very clean with kitchenetts. Balconies overlook the beach close to the water. SCUBA diving service dock is within 100 yards. My two adult kids and I went to Belize to enjoy some great diving. We were not disappointed and our stay at the Mayan Princess was excellent. The location couldn't be better for diving and dining options. We stayed on the third floor in a corner room--we'll ask for it again when we return. more

Stayed here for the second time, same room and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect. Stay on the top floor for the view... although there are no elevators, so if stairs are a problem, you should stay on the bottom floor. Rooms nice in that they have a living area, kitchen, balcony overlooking the water and very close to restaurants, dive shops etc. Beds not comfortable, blinds don't keep out the intense morning sunshine if you like to sleep in.
