Coral Reef Villas are managed by Banyan Bay Villas and are about a half mile south of the center of San Pedro. They rent at $75 US a night for a 1 room apartment. You are less than a minute walk along the main road from Banyan Bay, and you are treated as one of their guests, so you can use the pool, charge to your room at the restaurant, etc...
Our apartment was on the first floor (there are 2). The front room had a fully stocked kitchen, a TV with 90 channels, a table with 4 chairs and 3 little loveseats. The bedroom had a bed (not luxury, but fine), a closet, a dresser and a computer table (with no computer). The bathroom, with shower only, was off the bedroom.
We were quite happy with the apartment. There was daily maid service, you are basically across the street from a small market, and although you are on the main road and close to the airport, we never heard any noise while in our apartment.
