First off - there is no reason to be in Burrell Boom. It's a small boring Belizian town which houses the prison. It isn't really close to any of the attractions. One outstanding aspect here was the staff. Everyone was cheerful,friendly and extremely helpful. The resort is quite large with tropical gardens, pool and a dock on the Belize river.
