I took my three adult children and sister-in-law and spent 7 nights at this lovely hotel. The newly renovated lobby and other public areas were beautiful and clean. Backing onto the Macal River, you felt like you were deep in the jungle when sitting by the pool, with no visible buildings around. The staff were excellent; very friendly and accomodating.... more

We stayed here in January and because the hotel was full had to upgrade to a regal room, which was something of a let down as our view was a tin roof. We did have a four poster bed and a smart bathroom, but the bed was set up such that we couldn't see the television nor feel the effects... more
