Been staying here three weeks, along with providing all manner of local watersports SeaKunga has great cabanas and right on the beach. They have good indian food and a well stocked bar, at least until I arrived ;). I don't have a bad word to say about the place.

Location wise it's a ten minute cycle ride to Placencia, but that shouldn't put anyone off, and the owner is happy to take people to and from town free of charge.

The cabanas are clean and are built well, they are wooden, and sizeable. Definitely the best place I have stayed in in Belize so far.

Might not suit the budget traveller looking for a short stay at the height of the season but they do have specials on longer stays and during the low season, we are here during low season and have cut a deal with the owner and are also helping him with his end of season work.

If you are looking for decent accomodation and wifi and good indian food then this is the place for you. Even better if you... more
