The Green Parrot Resort was great. I went there for a small wedding. The staff was excellent! They knew everybody's names and which cabana each person was staying in after the first day or so. If you wanted to book a trip (to the mayan ruins for example) all you had to do was tell Leo what day you wanted... more

Awesome spot on the beach. Located about 20 min from downtown Placencia on a bumpy road. A perfect place to chill on the beach and relax. The restaurant has good food at reasonable prices, but it doesn't stay open late. There is a bar that stays open late at the next hotel down the beach. The cabana was very nice.... more
