A large sparkling freshwater swimming pool with a swim up bar is on the honor system (you pour your own). A separate hot tub area sits near the lagoon. Both have palapas and gas grills. A 285' boardwalk leads you over the mangroves to our dock and palapa. We will handle your transfers to and from the Placencia airstrip. more »

Absolutely gorgeous! We have been to many tropical paradises, but none compare with the individual treatment and beautiful facilities as Casa at Last. We stayed at Casa at Last for three nights the first week of April, 2007 and we had a wonderful time! The owners, Dale and Cat, were just getting started with Casa at Last after owning a resort in the Bahamas. We spent our honeymoon at Casa at Last and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. For 4 of the 6 nights we stayed at Casa at Last we had the run of the entire 6 acres to ourselves. For the final 2 nights there was only 1 other couple on the grounds. Dale and Cat are wonderful hosts:... more
