A group of us stayed at this hotel while we were doing a week long Habitat for Humanity build.
This was the third place we stayed at on our trip and better then the two before. Hotel Chiguila became my home away from home.
As someone who is used to 5 star hotels and the best of the best, i was pleasently surprised with just about everything within the hotel. One complaint that i had, which the hotel could have done nothing about was the 3am wake up call from the surrounding roosters. I was in a room with two double beds a dresser and tv (which only played spanish). The washroom was average, one person shower, toilet and sink. The shower took a good 5 minutes to heat up before it was bareable enough to go in, wearing flipflops in the shower was a must as the water didn't drain very well. Outside out the room was a nice little seating area.
