the hotel is nice- basically a family run business with a townhome set up as a hotel. it works. but, the room was small. the laundry came back with all dirt and other stains intact (allbeit clean). i was bit overnight, presumably by bed bugs. the internet is the family computer. the owner is a very nice and accommodating guy.... more

If you really want the full experience of the Sunday Chichicastenango market, you need to arrive on Saturday and watch the people set up shop late at night right thru to the early morning hours.
