Rene , Francesca and their staff were very warm and would help you with any needs that would arise. They really made us feel at home and looked after. The food was excellent. I can't say that I ever had a bad meal. There were not any televisions but there were many interesting artifacts and books and also for a small fee, the internet was available. The building itself was built before the turn of the last century which adds to its charm. If you are looking for an ultra modern run of the mill hotel, this place isn't for you. But if you like Guatemala history, you will be pleasantly surprised and the hospitality will keep bringing you back.

One item that I found quite interesting was the only hot water available came from a small "hot water on demand system" located at the end of the shower head in each shower.
