Very short stay at the Westin CR, but had a large room, very comfortable bed, and due to a Sunday nite stay, dined at the main restaurant. Despite looking like every other 1990s marble-palace-hotel-restaurant, the food was fantastic. Very relaxed, but professional servers and staff. A great experience to add to a perfectly good hotel.

“A Great Westin in a Great Location”

The Camino Real is great hotel. The rooms were very large and well kept(meaning the hotel didn't look like it needed a renovation). The same can be said for the lobby, restaurant, and pool area. “Very nice hotel”

This is really nice and comfortable hotel with the free airport transportation. It worth to pay extra for the breakfast on the top floor for elegant service and nice view. I wish concierges were less aggressive to obtain the tip.

“Clean modern hotel”

Rooms modern clean. Comfortable bed. A bit noisy with the city below. Staff was friendly. However, they made an error charging my credit card after the room had already been paid by our travel company.

“You won't be disappointed”

For my first trip to Guatemala City, this Westin provided a comfortable, friendly place to call home for a week. The staff provided excellent service. We ran training sessions at the hotel - the facilities and food for the team were excellent. When I return to GC, I will defnitely return to the Westin Camino Real.
