we got a beautiful room and great breakfast included. The hotel has nice ammenities, but definitely is not in a good place in guatemala city... if it was in zona 10 would be the perfect hotel. I recommend it if you don't want to go out of the hotel. more

The hotel was very big and across the street from a huge mall, which was convenient since I don't really like walking around Guatemala City (kind of shady). Being able to exchange money 24/7 was VERY convenient. Room service was very prompt. Otherwise, it was pretty much a normal hotel stay. more
