The staff at the hotel are very nice and kind. However, the rooms have significant setbacks: 1) The towels were very dirty! After a stay of two years in Guatemala, (US Peace Corps ten years ago) I could no longer resist going back to this beautiful country. To my surprise, the Hotel gave me a wonderful homecoming reception at the airport, imagine :at 11:30PM.
