A friend booked this room for us without any checking it out with others in the area. It was an okay hotel room but I would not stay again. There were spiders in the room. The bathroom stunk of urine, there were stains on the floor. even after I got the cleaning lady in to clean it, it still stunk. The bedding was clean, the beds were comfortable. A friend who stayed in another room said they were awoken by footsteps in the room but don't know if someone had entered or not. The security is ok as you can park your vehicle in the courtyard. The views are amazing, I will give it that and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant in the courtyard is nice but I never actually saw anyone eating there. But there are scores of restaurants just up the street and we found one in particular that was excellent. Great price and great service. The food was excellent. it was called El Pescador. I would love to be able to drop in there for some great tortillas, steak and beer!
