For $13 in the off season, with electric shower head water heater, small TV with cable, two beds and decent size rooms on second and third floor, this hotel is not a bad deal. The manager arranged our lake tour at the low end price and accompanied us to the boat which is much appreciated. However there were a couple of maintenance issues and the fact that during the town fair, it was not quiet enough for us, so we stayed only two nights. No AC, good fan, but when I went to open the home made window, I spent ten minutes cleaning the slots so it would open and close easily. When we went to take a shower, the weight of the electric heater showerhead (as usual, not grounded) directed the water imediately against the wall, which made it difficult to get water on oneself. I didn't involve the manager at that point because when I locked the door, the key broke off in the lock. He replaced it that day but then expected me to pay for the new key.
