A hotel down the street had been recommended to us and, even after negotiation, they charged us more than what we'd been told (not by the hotel). We'd paid for only the first night. That afternoon we were up the street booking a van the next day to ChiChi and saw they ran the San Sebastian Hotel also. We asked to see a room and found the same layout and furnishings as we had down the street at Q100 less than the 'bargained' rate. The next day we moved over to the San Sebastian.

The hotel has only 3 rooms per floor and only two or three floors. The front rooms have a great view of the street but are really noisy. We got the back room on the first floor and slept wonderfully! We ended up staying here more nights than we'd originally planned.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I'd definitely stay here again!
