Sea Eye is a growing resort at the far end of Utila Island. Run by John and his wife Lazuanda (and their 2 little ones), I felt like part of the family. It was an all-inclusive package and they couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable, acquainted with the small island and introduced to the locals. They made... more
