I travel with the Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi every February to Honduras, and during the first and last nights of our stay (the other nights are in a mountain village where we set up clinics), we stay at Copantl. I had the opportunity to stay only one night at the Copantl at the end of a medical mission to Sula Santa Barbara. Rooms were small, but overall very nice. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds.
