I stayed at this Marriott many times between Aug 06 and Jan 07. These are the biggest standard rooms I've ever seen in a hotel! The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The lounge is active and serves a variety of drinks and foods. The spa is okay. The ladies working do not speak the best English... more

This was a very nice hotel indeed. The room was very big and very comfortable. The hotel also came with a great gym. Checkin was pretty smooth. The food was also quite nice but a little devoid of choice. The only real beef i had with the hotel is i required an itemised recipt which they didnt provide. All in... more

The Marriott is solid & dependable, with fast Internet, good restaurant, and beautiful, large, comfy rooms. Bed was to die for! I only wish that the hotel staff had been a little more knowledgeable about how to retrieve luggage lost by TACA airline from the airport. The location of the Marriott could be better in terms of "stroll-ability" but cabs... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Marriot Tegucigalpa for the final night of our trip. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and onsite amenities, but it took us 2+ hours to find the hotel. The first person we called at the hotel for directions was completely inept. I speak Spanish, and even in Spanish, she could not... more

Our family stayed here for a week with a group of people. We did have some check-in problems, and some in-room billing problems, which led to some check-out problems. But...I think that was because there were several parties in our group and some left at different times. The restaurant meals were delicious, the complimentary hot buffet breakfast was good and... more

I have a couple of experiences when staying in a Marriott. Everything regarding beds, furniture and other perks does not change much between them. This Marroitt is very special, it has a great customer service, very well qualify compared to other Marriotts in USA. Location is very good! almost beside the presidential house and between both of Tegucigalpa main bulevards.... more

i think the hotel and the staff are great, but it is located in a place you dont want to be at night. the multiplaza was nice with good places to eat and shop. what thew me off were all the armed gaurds with machine guns in the area. it spooked me and made me feel safer at the same... more

I’m a government contractor who lives in Honduras and I regularly travel throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. The last several times that I visited the Tegucigalpa property, I received terrible treatment from the Marriott staff. The last time that I visited the property on October 5th, had to be the most embarrassing and frustrating moment I’ve ever experienced from... more

I have just spent a horrified night in this hotel on 9 th October 07. I checked in around 6 PM ,Room No. 505 and within an hour I found that one person is trying to open my room door from outside. I opened the door thinking that there is some message for me but it was a person claiming... more

We picked this hotel for our one-day stay in Tegus because it looked the most beautiful in the website. It turned out a bit disappointed. The cleanliness left much to be desired. We found hair on the mattresses and sheets. I mean, many pieces of hair. It's disgusting! The toilet was unclean too. The service was nice and we received... more
