The daytime staff was incredible. Very helpful and accommodating! And the breakfast was really more than just continental....eggs, bacon or sausage + waffles were on the daily menu! However, we heard a few complaints about the night desk man, but I would say part of the problem was dealing with late night, partying football fans! We would definitely recommend this... more

We were in Athens for our daughter's wedding and choose comfort Suites for the location, room size and room rates. We had a very nice stay. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. more

I got into Athens at 11;00 and realized that I booked my hotel with Comfort Inn, when I thought it was Comfort suites, which is closer to downtown. I called Comfort suites and they said come on over we have plenty of rooms. NEVER TOLD ME I WOULD BE CHARGED 36.00 FOR A 1/2 DAY STAY WHEN IT WAS ONLY... more

What a horrible experience my husband and I had at this hotel. We flew into Atlanta and drove 80 miles to this hotel for our specified 2:00 am check in. Low and behold they made our reservation for the following day even though we spoke to the manager directly and told her when we were arriving. We asked her to... more

We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding with the date of arrival and that you were inconvenienced. As most hotels do, we make reservations for the day that you will arrive even if after midnight as we hold the rooms until 7 am the next morning! This is to insure that late travellers will not be without a room...

My family of five stayed here for 11 days!!!!! The hotel was wonderful. We were in a one room suite for three days and moved to a two room suite for the remainder of the stay.
