Best location for visiting UGA. Rooms are small but nicely decorated. Our room had a queen bed, a comfortable desk and chair, a very small round table with two chairs, and an updated bathroom. Hotel is old - needs renovation. But location is in the center of town and university. That is why the rate is rather high. I guess the October season also commands high rate too. I did not try the restaurant. Since there are other choices around, prefer to go out rather then eat from Hotel. more
