The hotel is a fairly brand new hotel but the staff is very unprofessional. The cleanliness is not up to par either. To be fairly new, management need to crack down on housekeeping. more

Had the chance to stay at the new Comfort Suites in Augusta for one night. It is so new that "Riverwest Drive" does not appear on my GPS or on many online maps.
