My fiancé and stayed at the Clarion for the July 4th weekend. When we arrived our room was not ready, an hour later it was ready and we were upgraded to a deluxe suite. The front desk clerk called to make sure that we arrived to our room ok. The customer service was great! The hotel itself was very old... more

We stayed for 2 nights during Masters week. I was afraid to open the door after reading the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Although the carpet was worn, the furniture quite old, the lamps were missing on/off switches, the TV remotes did not work, the rooms were spacious and clean. The service at the front desk was very excellent... more

Stayed here during Masters weekend. Location is great, but the hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The lobby and the pool are the nicest features. I did not experience any of the negative cleanliness issues cited by previous reviewers, but the bottom line is they either need to sink some serious money into this place or just knock it down... more

Stayed during three nights during the Masters. The door handle didn't work properly, the lights when on/off in the bathroom, the microwave was broke, the carpet looked filthy, the walls had stains on them and the shower water went from cold to scalding to cold. The complementary breakfast was fine, the evening had snacks and free drinks which was ok.... more

We stayed here on February 7th and at first thought our key did not work, but you had to turn the knob upwards to open the door. I initally thought the room was ok until we had come back to go to bed and I pulled the covers back and found hair in the bed. I immediatedly call the front... more

For $55 a night it was great, Rooms are old and need new furniture and a coat of paint. The location and freindly staff were perfect for what we wanted. The pool was clean and the free breakfast was filling but with Rhinehearts across the street food at the hotel rarely happened. If you are in the "Felix Unger" mode... more

The company booked us here because it was cheap. And it is cheap, comparitively speaking. It was still pricey, but not compared to everyone else the week of the masters. Free breakfast, and it's above average. 2 Free drinks at night. The rooms are huge. They were probably wonderful 20 years ago. They are not horrible, now, but they are... more

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. The floor was absolutely filthy, debris everywhere (room 401). Toilet had a dark yellow stain at the bottom with a trial leading towards the lid. Used shampoo and soap greeted me in the shower. Our complaint led to us getting an upgrade to a "suite" (ha, ha!) and a telephone number for a... more

We picked this hotel based on what the lobby looked like. When we got to the room, it was a different story! The toilet was leaking water all over our floor. We let the front desk know about it and they said someone would fix it, but no one ever did. You could tell that the toilet had been broken... more
