My husband and I stayed here for one night while traveling. We also booked the place for a week later on our return trip. I must say, I was scared to stay here. The first time we stayed we got put in a room with a tv that didn't work. They gave us a new room, but that wasn't much better. The room itself was dingy and in serious need of a facelift. The pool they advertised had no water in it. Even the locks on the door were in poor condition. Their continental breakfast consisted of a thing of powdered donuts from the gas station next door. We also found several dead bugs in our room, 2 of them were cockroaches. We coulnd't leave faster. We did stay there again a week later. We would have canceled but I didn't want to lose our deposit. Our room this time wasn't much better. Believe me, if you stay in Arcola go to the Comfort INN across the street. Or if you can, drive 10 more miles and go to a better hotel
