Our experience at the Hampton was more than expected. We were treated with respect. Tom S. went above and beyond to make sure our reunion was wonderful and everone enjoyed themselves. Really bad customer service because my child was sick in the loby and that all the employes where able to say was yuck. Nobody came to help me, so, I told the chek-in guy what happend and he say that he knew. Finally, a nice person brought a roll of scott-towel.I recomand to nobody this hotel! more

We recently stayed at the Hampton while in town for a wedding. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel was. Either it was just built or the cleaning staff does an excellent job. Staff was fine, rooms are nice. Sweet shop you have to ask for prices on every item like some beggar. Finally I was told that candy bars were either one price or another then told my choice is twice the price of the two. I hate nickle dime stuff like this. more
