My husband and I stayed at this hotel and got the romance package. Our suite was nice at first glance but once we got settled in we noticed all the drinkware was dirty, the coffee pot had not been cleaned. there was ice cream on the table and there was leftover food in the freezer. We were supposed to have champagne waiting for us in our suite and it wasn't there. When they did try to deliver it two hours later we didn't hear them (locked) so I called down to the front desk and nobody answered! The manager was supposed to call us and never did! We paid over $200 for this suite and romance package and got nothing in return. Lousy! more
