Better than the average Best Western the front desk staff are very helpful and warm. Has a family-friendly environment. Simple, decent breakfast--nothing extraordinary but good value for the cost. The only slight issue both times I stayed here -- it was rather chilly in the hotel..found the hallways quite cold..brrr..Free internet access was nice too. more

Went with family to look at ISU. Needed a room to accomidate 5 which was hard to find and still be affordable. The room was nice and not too crowded with all the beds. The hot breakfast had lots of variety. Everything, including the room, was clean. There is a really nice sitting area outside. The hotel was very close... more

We took our son to Ames to check out Iowa State University, so we stayed overnight at the Best Western Park Inn and Suites. I was very impressed, the exterior of the Motel was very nice, with a front porch and hanging flower baskets. The rooms were average size with a small refrigerator, clothes iron, hair dryer and coffee maker.... more

in town for medical emergency the week before Christmas. stayed one night after staying down the road at another hotel and what a different a night makes. your place light and airy, beds most comfortable, food in am great and most of all EVERYTHING clean and smelled good! Also the computer faster and more updated. which really counts when trying... more
