This place was very clean, very comfortable king bed. Senior rate was around $90. Lots of choices at the continental breakfast. The bathroom needed some updating, but it was clean as well. We go to the Ankeny area quite often, we will stay there again.

Very nice, clean hotel, next to good restaurants with a large variety of food and not fast food, convenient to interstate and shopping. Appreciate the fresh baked cookies, coffee available all day. Breakfast was very good and with an excellent variety. Enjoyed the microwave and fridge in room. Recently added 42 inch flat screen tv's, very nice.

Stayed here for parents weekend for ISU and it is about a 20 minute drive to Ames but is very close to the interstate. Friendly staff, clean hotel, quiet, good breakfast, cookies and fruit in the evening. Nice location, lots of restaurants, shopping and theaters close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with friends. Shopped west des Moines and ankeny. Pleased with how ankeny has grown with shopping and restaurants. This hotel is very convenient to all and easy to get to interstate. Very clean rooms. Quiet and very comfy beds. Breakfast in am free and good. Will definitely stay again.

They don't have suites, just normal hotel rooms (one of 5 in the nation that doesn't have suites), but it was great! Free cookies, and continental breakfast, which was delicious. We stayed in a King Suite with whirlpool. The room had a refrigerator, micro wave, couch king bed table chairs, huge tv. It was beautiful. They give you free breakfast. Check out time not until 12:00 noon so you do not feel rushed. Will definitely return when in Des Moines area,
