Not like the faceless non inspiring international hotel chains, it has a special ambience and feeling of a more relaxed and gentile age. I recommend it for service good food and extremely helpful and pleasant staff

It is very famous, five star hotel in Algiers. Like for ALgerian conditions it is really perfect hotel. Service is very helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and good equipped. This hotel was place of official, political meeting, you can see it on photos placed in hotel. It is worth to spend some extra money and stay in El-Djazair

Very pleasant place, with beautiful gardens and very helpful staff. Everything is rather on the expensive side, including the restaurant and breakfast. Extra beds for the children weren't there when we arrived and took exceedingly long to be provided. Same for extra towels.
