Stayed at the Intouriste last year and have been there once before. For the price you pay, it is good value, I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful especially the cleaning ladies. Arrived here with my Partner & 3 children the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our cases were taken to our room, the lobby area by reception is very nice and looks very ethnic and cultural. Glad I didn't rely on other people's reviews of this hotel when booking. It was good value for money, not far at all from the beach and the shops (10 mins walk), quiet, clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The property itself is beautiful, lots of marble, nice furnishings. Lack of attention to detail shows in worn/dirty upholstery in lobby, dusty plants, semi-clean room.
