Just back from royal atlas Pool Lovely clean pools; two large deep cold pools unheated, and a shallow pool for children. The pool side is super clean and well maintained with a pool bar, and friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm, Good check in was not told there was food and drink avaliable for us, in hindsight this was not a bad thing. We went to this hotel on a Thomson Platinum All Inclusive Basis, on the basis that it was a 5* hotel and the brochure stated 90% rating for food. Just spent two weeks at The Royal Atlas in Agadir, supposedly a five star hotel, not in our book. At the welcome meeting, the rep Paul went into great detail and gave loads of advice about the area and the trips he was selling but very said little about the hotel i.e. no all inclusive after 12.00hrs on last day.... more
