After traveling from Chicago nearly 24 hours straight, our tour group was told our rooms weren't ready at 10 a.m. and there were no towels. I stayed at the Hotel this August and the double room I booked was the worst place i stayed in Morroco. The carpets were stained the, room smelt bad and the cleaning lady even woke me up to clean the room the day I was leaving at 10am. Furthermore, the receptionists were rude and incompetent. For under $80 a night for a single with breakfast, Kenzi Basma is value for money. Its best feature is it central locatiion.
