Stayed in this hotel for the first time, i really enjoyed my stay in this lovely beach front hotel, the swimming pool is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, I have been allocated exectly the same room as in the picture. This hotel has been recently refurbished and rooms are in very good conditions, loved also the lobby and... more

My husband and I just returned from a 2 week trip to Morocco. We started in Casa, and chose this hotel with the help of a friend, and reviews. If you're not on business in the city of Casa, the corniche area is probably a better place to stay. The sea is lovely, and there are lots of shops/restaurants/bars along... more

A lot of work has been done during year 2008 Now the new rooms are at the european 5 stars standard even if you can't expect the same thing for service (I waited for 2 hours for a small room service order) more

Riad Salam was pretty awful - don't bother with this one. It was not our choice as we were with a wedding party. scheduled to stay at another riad whose construction was not completed on time. It does not surprise us now that they were able to give us twenty-plus rooms at very short notice at Riad Salam! The front... more

Do not stay here for any reason, but especially if you are women travelling without men. The desk clerks, bell hops and bartenders would not even wait on us unless asked several times and then they were actually belligerent. It also cost about $10 for a terrible glass of wine that was the size of a thimble. It also cost... more

I booked a 3 beds room to house me, my morrocan wife and her brother (a chaperon) as we got there, the man on the desk who looked like he was in very bad need of racial equality manners said, we can't sleep all in the same room as my wife is not really my wife! I said how comes?... more

Very disappointing. Largescale building works for between 10-12 hours per day, including weekends. Diffident service. Tired rooms. Could not recommend. more

Ask for a room in the "Garden Building" annexe The original one is old and there is a lack of real maintenance and even something more. Front Office staff is nice. Bar people are non service minded and drinks horribly expensive. B'fast buffet is of a tourist 2* hotel. Overall decadence feeling and no safety at all. Have been there... more

Nice location on the ocean but accommodations in need of an overhaul for the amount of money paid (roughly $150 USD/night). Even local phone calls are very expensive. more

This hotel is in a very nice location and has pleasant accomodations by Moroccan standards. Nevertheless, I would strongly urge you not to stay there. I discovered that the hotel bell-hops along with members of the staff, have a racket going with local cab drivers. The staff puts you in a cab with a man they appear to know very... more
