My agent booked this hotel without my knowledge as I gave him carte blanch as a local to know what would be best. Reading previous comments here all I can comment on is that it must have had a huge turn around under the new management. It was clean and comfortable, the appointments including the over the bed lights worked,... more

We were traveling with a small group (9 travelers, guide and driver) and CAsablanca was our last stop. We had read the earlier reviews of ther hotel and were understandably somewhat apprehensive. What a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms clean and airy, the staff very attentive, cheerful, anxious to please and most courteous. For... more

Upon arrival to the filthy hotel, we were taken up to our room that wasn't made. We initially had booked a room with a double bed, but were given a room with two single beds! after fussing and bitching, we were given another room after visiting three different rooms. The room was filthy, moldy, and dirty. The room wreaked with... more

First time that I have stayed in this hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and well equipped. I would have preferred a non smoking room but these are few and far between in Morocco. The breakfast was average but there was a good choice of restaurants (non of which I used). On the downside the lobby area was a... more

Without doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences ever! Given that it displays four stars on its doors, one would imagine a reasonable level of comfort and service. Alas, this is not the case. The reception staff were surly and unhelpful. The lobby area at night is full of prostitutes and punters. Only the restaurant staff had any service ethic... more

For our last night before flying home, we were looking for a downtown Casablanca hotel in order to see a few more sights. This place, for the cost, was completely not a good fit for us. The bathroom was moldy (especially the shower curtain), the bed was barely adequate, and the staff was awful. One notable exception was the bellhop,... more

Was there a week and a half ago for a night. Staying there for a night, the hotel is not bad. The front desk staff seemed indifferent when I presented myself to claim my reservation. They even kept our passports for a while :S Aside them, the rest of the staff was nice and friendly. Our room was simple and... more

Our last night was spent here. The entrance looks very promising, the lounge and rooms too. It is a western hotel, but again here too the bathroom was in need of renovation. Although there was soap, there was not even shampoo. The rooms at the streetside had a lot of noise, this added to the noise from the disco. more
