Room was very clean. Furniture, drapes, and carpet appeared be fairly new. Color schemes were pleasant, in cream and brown. Bathroom was large and supplied with ample, large towels. Staff was helpful. Pool area and furniture were very clean. One suggestion - the room needed a small digital alarm clock, which would have been useful. I have no complaints about... more

We stayed for 3 nights. Had a lovely decorated room with very large bed. Very clean room. Acceptable breakfast buffet. Very nice relaxing outside relaxing area with swimming pool. more

Still called Crown Palace but will soon be part of the Ramada chain (March 09 they say). Porter told me proudly it was 'cinq etoiles' but three stars is more accurate. They didn't have a record of my reservation, even though I had the the reservation number. They gave me hassle when settling my bill. Room service was BAD. I... more
