I will preface this review to say that we spent a total of 6 nights in Fes...first three in small more intimate riad in the Medina and the last three at Riad Fes. The excellence of the first experience may have an impact on my feelings at the Riad Fes but I think facts are facts. Initial communication with hotel... more

Dear Trip Advisors’ reviewers, First of all, we would like to thank these guests for their comments which will help us to improve our services. These women booked one of our suites on recommendations from one of their friends who stayed before at Riad Fes. They would bargain the rate of the room upon their arrival. In the very high...

We stayed at the Riad Fes for three nights. It was truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. It was like magic. And the staff were so friendly and welcoming and so very patient!! It is hard to put into words how beautiful the Riad Fes is - it's tucked back in the medina and is... more

It takes alot of effort to transform such a beautiful Riad to an unfriendly , cold , no taste place but the managment at Riad Fes managed to that just right . First encounter : a very dark room. The shower door doesn't close . Wtare and soap seeps under and fiils the whole bath. The next room : Tachy... more

We had never stayed at a hotel like this!!! It is absolutely beautiful, luxurious and full of character!!! Wonderful experience!!! All the staff (bellboy, waiters, reception girls, housekeeping, manager) were extremely polite, helpful and always smiling. There was a great variety of international and Moroccan food for breakfast, and the two best meals we had in Morocco was at their... more

Riad Fes is easily one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Hands down. WOW! It is meticulous and detailed to perfection. My problem was the service. When we ordered from room service or to have drinks on the patio, the order was usually wrong and took at least an hour, even for a simple order or tea. When... more

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for quality in an almost unique location. The medina in Fes in quite difficult to get around unassisted which does put you off going out on your own especially if travelling with youngish children as we were. The streets are so narrow and crowded and the medina is a real... more

It isn't very often that one has a pefectly flawless experience at a small hotel but our stay at Riad Fes was just that -- pefect. They have attended to every possibly detail and maintain an absolutely stunning riad. I cannot even recommend anything for improvement. It is truly wonderful. more

Riad Fes is the perfect choice to stay in a Riad in Fes. It is ideally located such that one can enter and leave the very confusing Medina by Dar Batha - one of the gates which is just a few turns away. The staff are very helpful, speak good English and I recommend that guests actually pay heed to... more

Although we had an awful first experience (if arriving from Bus Station, call the hotel and pay a taxi driver to get you close to the hotel otherwise a 15 minute walk), upon arrival we realised that we had found an oasis in the madness that is the Fes Medina. We had a night in a duplex room on around... more
