We stayed in Dar Roumana for our first two nights in Fez. It is a truly gorgeous dar with gracious service, impeccable presentation and excellent food. The roof top is lovely and the facilities excellent - we spent another three weeks in Morocco after leaving and Dar Roumana was hands down the best accommodation we enjoyed while there. more
