Hotel was very nice , clean and spacious.... staff are very friendly..... the time we went was bit quiet not much residents but the day we left they all came in....... the hotel is alcohol free but its ok to drink in your room as lomng as its in the room and better to dispose the bottles or cans yourself........... more

The hotel itself is excellent. The swimming pool, the hammam and sauna where good. The breakfast is fantastic. The only downside is that RM Kasbah is outside the town centres and it's hard to find a taxi at night. The staff are very friendly and there manners excellent. more

Hotel is ok but some of the reception staff are rude. Hotel is far from the city centre . Mini bus from the hotel is not that frequent and also expensive for a group 3 or more people. The hotel is located in middle of no where and need a taxi to go anywhere! more
