The El Nour is part of the Riad Karmela, all the services provided are in the Karmela but the rooms and communal living area (like a lounge bit) is in the El Nour. We liked being away from the main Riad, they are literally across the the way so not far at all. The breakfast was lovely, lots of bread!... More

Although we initially booked at Riad el Nour, we ended up staying at Riad Karmela. It was an amazing place with very friendly, helpful and lovely staff. The Riad is a welcome relief after the hectic souks and the roof terrace was beautiful. The meals were great and we had a sensational holiday here. More

We stayed at the Riad El Nour for one week in July 2010. It was the first time to Morocco for the both of us and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. From the moment we stepped in the door we were welcomed with an extensive and bespoke brief about the many wonderful things Marrakech has to... More

Clean rooms, great staff. We are a gay couple and we were made to feel very welcome. Location is spot on, just 10 mins from the main square. Would definitely recommend. Marrakech itself is quite expensive and you need to look around to find decent restaurents - don't come here expecting it to be dirt cheap. Usual precautions needed when... More

I was in town for barely 3 days with 6 of my friends. The riad was exactly what we were looking for in terms of location (easy walking distance to the soukhs) and accommodation standard (we all slept very comfortably and very much enjoyed all of the riad's amenities). The owners and staff were very helpful, polite and unintrusive and... More

I've stayed at many Hotels throughout the world but never have I been treated so politely and with such professionalism. Riad El Nour is absolutely perfect for visiting Marrakech, close to all amenities and very close to El Efna Square. Approaching the Riad you'll wonder where on earth you are going as it is situated down a narrow dark alleyway,... More

Myself and my husband stayed in Riad El Nour for 9 nights and we were not dissapointed! From the moment of arriving at the airport our taxi transfer was waiting for us to take us to our Riad, he was very helpful and lead us through the narrow souks to our destination. Upon arriving we were greeted warmly and given... More

El Nour was a serene, peaceful experience. It was a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Overall the rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. Joelle went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable in his home. He took the initiative on the first night to give us an overview... More

Great service and excellent room. We were given the largest room as there were no other guests at that time. Lovely breakfast served on the rooftop. Riad was a great escape from the noise and bustle of the medina and the punge pool was wonderful at the end of the day to cool off. Location very central and once we... More
