I loved the Hotel, the room was very reasonably priced, the Hotel and rooms were great for the price and very clean. I would recommend one thing. I am unsure whether the coffee and orange juice in the morning are safe to drink. I did get sick with Morocco's Revenge because I believe the water while hot was not boiled... more

Took 11 students and another two adults to Morocco and spent two nights at hotel Ali at the start and end of our trip. The hotel is ideal for a quick stopoveras it is relatively clean and basic. The staff are friendly and even made us breakfast at 4am ready for our flight. The food is okay but you can probably... more

I took a group of five friends to Hotel Ali for a three day look around Marrakech. Checking into the hotel was interesting, although the staff spoke very little English they were helpful and fairly quick at giving us our room keys. Unfortunately, we weren't told where our rooms were, but managed to locate them fairly quickly. We booked two... more

We have stayed at the Hotel Ali on our last 2 trips to Marrakech, really just as a stop over for the airport for an early flight home. It's cheap, basic but the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good, not the cheapest but all fresh, the included breakfast buffet gets the day off to a good... more

I stayed twice at Hotel Ali and I really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean if basic, water was hot and staff were friendly. I particularly recommend the Hammam which although not the cheapest around was very good. The location can't be beaten, it is walking distance to everything. This did make it noisy at night, my first room faced the... more

HI! We stayed 1 night in Ali than we moved out. First of all however their internet page showes the price, we had to pay more when we arrived. We got a room newly painted and therefore smelly. We had a window looking into the inside terrace, therefore it was noisy until 1 pm. We ignored the the bathroom completely,... more

OK ,this aint no fancy place, but for the money it wasnt half bad. The water was hot and the bed comfortable and even though it is shabby it was convenient to everything of interest and not like a lot of the tourist hotels which seem to be on the outskirts of the city. I agree with a previous reviewer go... more

Excellent accommodation for the budget conscious traveler. I stayed at the Hotel Ali for 5 nights. It is not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices so anyone who complains you are in the wrong hotel! The breakfast was great - freshly made omelets and crepes with orange juice and baked rolls with butter and apricot jam.... more
