I had read such poor reviews on this hotel after booking it I was a little unsure what to expect. 3 friends & I booked to stay here for 4 nights at the end of September - we wanted a clean base to explore the city - we werent looking for anything grand, just somewhere to sleep and have a... more

This hotel is awfull - would struggle to scrape 1 star. I have travelled all over the world but this is the first place my wife and I have ever travelled to and are covered in bed bug bites. I am so upset that this hotel styles it self as 4 star. The rooms are awful the bathroom is minimal... more

Nassim Hotel is in a great location on the main Avenue de Mohammed V (The main road from Agadir in the south to Casablance in the north, with Marrakech approximately half way between the two). It looks nice from the outside and is in walking distance from some really good restaurants (La Jacaranda, virtually opposite, French cuisine, or Al Fassi,... more

I thought the Nassim was excellent value for money. We stayed for 4 nights, and although the rating would be more akin to a British 3 star hotel, it was perfectly adequate - clean and spacious with a big bathroom. I agree with one of the other reviewers about the lighting though - we could have done with a central... more

Hotel Nassim (little wind on Arab language) is situated in some kind of modern center of Marrakesh, from where you can reach a Congress Palace and old center of the city (Jemaa al Fna - Place of the death) by taxi (very cheap). Food was good in hotel restaurant, service OK, but reception is pretty cold. Hotel room was average.... more

The Nassim Hotel is NOT four star compared with UK standards so beware! The beds are very comfortable but the whole hotel is in need of a makeover as it is tired and worn out. The reception staff and maid service was excellant but the catering staff including the bar and breakfast staff are rude and unfriendly much of the... more

We had a good 7 nights at Nassim. Unike other reviewers the staff were great, especially the lady on reception who changed one of our tours without a problem and even called our transfer company when they didn't arrive when they should have. She let us return to our room and then called when the transfer finally arrived. The bar... more

Once upon a time.. two girls (in their mid twenties!)... decided to visit the magical lands of marrakesh... On viewing Hotel Nassim on many sites... we thought we would book. After booking, we read some of the reviews on here... and my my what a contrast to our experience! The hotel is located in the centre of new medina. Its... more
