me and a couple of friends stayed at this hotel the staff were very rude mainly the cleaners on the last day of our stay we were accused of stealing a towel can you beleive it the cleaners found the towel on the balcony and we didnt get an apolgy poor customer service. More

Other reviewers must have been at different hotel to us!! Staff really friendly most had an understanding of English and very helpful. Loved the deep bath plenty hot water, rooms were always spotless. The hotel has loads of good restaurants close by but food in hotel was tasty too. More

Service was great, staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice. The only thing really to warn about is the distance from the Medina, its a 20 minute walk from the square though the hotel is surrounded by restuarants and shops anyway. More
