On the plus side, this hotel is well situted for the many souks, the gardens and palace. However, in the evening the main entrance of the hotel is surrounded by touts, and the taxis, mopeds and donkey carts present a bit of a challenge. On the plus side, the room we were offered looked and felt authentically Moroccan. However, it... more

Stayed here for 4 nights with our teenage son. The hotel is in a perfect location for the square jamaa el Fna and the souks. It has about 3 or 4 restaurants which are good but a little overpriced. The Indian restaurant is good for lunch but very disappointing in the evening. Best to follow the adage "When in Rome...."... more

We booked this hotel as a break on our own for relaxation. Unfortunatly this hotel is not up to 5 star expectations.Good points were the staff were very friendly and helpful and the Morrocan and Relais De Paris resturant was great but he other two resturants were average,There is also some building work going on which we were not told... more

This is a splendid hotel, Moroccan character with modern reliability. Mostly very friendly and helpful staff. Three swimming pools, a full spa and hamman Four restaurants, mostly very high standard cuisine, not sure about the pink chicken in the 'Indian' restaurant but the rest was very good. One complaint was that paying for half board in advance cost 25% more... more

We booked a last minute trio to Marrakech in February, the hype around the city has calmed down but we were keen to see it by ourself and go to a sunny place for a short break away from London winter... This hotel gave us all we wanted, just 3 hours flight away from London, and only 15 minutes taxi... more

My husband and I booked 3 nights at the Jardins Koutoubia in Marrakech as a romantic weekend getaway. We opted for the wellness package which included a hamman and massage, daily breakfast, free airport transfer (though we tipped) and a complimentary room category upgrade. We booked the patio suite and expected to be upgraded to a mini suite. When we... more

The Hotel Jardins de la Koutoubia - like a peaceful island retreat in a sea of perpetual motion. Whenever the sounds, the heat or the general melee of souk persistance became too overpowering, the assuring adjacency of this lovely hotel was very comforting. The staff were wonderfully considerate and the amenities could not be faulted. Our break, though short, was... more

We have been in Morocco for 5 days. A short break just to see diferent things and rest. We choose this Hotel and ...is Simply the Best! The location is perfect: just in the center of the Medina. We don't need taxis, we have where to eat when we want, the souks and everything is near. Al the other 5... more

The hotel is located 200 yards from the Jema' al-fna - the main square in the Medina. From the main square you will explore the Souks (shops selling antiques, leather, and tat). Perfect hotel location when you just want to flee the pestering merchants. Hotel has 3 pools (one heated on roof, one main outdoor, and one indoor pool &... more
