A wonderful, relaxing hotel. The staff were helpful, attentive but not intrusive. I stayed in this hotel in March 2008. I had a mini suite with a large terrasse. Excellent location for this hotel. Great SPA, 2 nice swimming pool. 5 great restaurants but only the snack is open for lunch. Don't expect anything from the staff. Very poor service. Booking excursions requires extensive efforts and discussions. Very disappointing. more

This hotel has a great location very close to the main square. The style of the hotel is a change from the large chain hotels and does feel tas if they have tried to have a Morrocan influence. The four restaurants were excellent with varied choice of menus - remember to make a reservation particularly for the Moroccan and Indian restaurants. The hotel was 5/5 for location, 30 second walk from Jemma El F'na Square, and once in the hotel its peaceful and calm. We went out of season so the hotel lacked atmosphere due to it being so quiet.
