Once you have found it (not easy without a guide) this is a really tranquil, friendly Riad in the heart of the city. The staff were all great and (lucky for us)Jeff, the manager, spoke English. We have just got back from a ten night stay at Dar Mouassine in Marrakech. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The riad is an oasis of calm from the bustling madness of the Marrakech streets, with a central courtyard shaded by enormous banana palms and bourganvilia blossom. Dar Mouassine provides excelent value for money, has a great location, and is an oasis of calm in the bustling medina of Marrakech. If we return to Marrachech, we would hope to stay here again. more
