Stay here only as a last resort. Customer Service from front of house staff was appalling, our internet booking could not be traced although we had booking confirmation and reference numbers. The reception staff made clear that this was our problem and that we had to sort it out refusing to let us to call either the tour company or... more

This hotel looks nice from the outside, the grounds and reception area are pretty but Oh my what a shock. Things started off bad and just got steadily worse. As a group we were welcomed with mint tea. Fortunately I didn´t have any but as I watched, the staff clear away the empty glasses and immediately refill with tea (without... more

My daughter and I stayed here at the beginning of September and the courtesy, respect and service we received from all the staff was excellent. Whilst the hotel could be seen as "tired" in some aspects it was more than compensated for by its cleanliness and its hardworking cheerful staff. We did not use the bar area so cannot comment... more

People who complain about this hotel should take a look how the Morrocons live, there is nothing wrong with this hotel other than it needs to be updated, its clean, the rooms big, the towels and sheets are clean, the buffet breakfast is a great start to the day. The quickest way to the square from the hotel is turn... more

Hotel itself is quite nice, with a good pool area although sun beds are rather old. Rooms are a good size and clean although tap area of bathroom could have been better. Most staff were friendly, and the lady on the information desk was v. helpful. The downside was the food - do not go here unless you like eating... more

Spent 2 nights here at this hotel and overall it was pleasant however the service from reception was not up to standard. The foyer to start with is very spacious and it has a mural similar. It has a Moorish feel to it. The hotel is air-conditioned which is a relief from the extreme heat in Marrakesh. Rooms are well... more

Not such a great location but the pool was worth it. During times when it is not so hot this hotel will be fine, in July and Aug it was not too central and too hot to walk from the hotel to the Medina. more

This is a big hotel with reasonable rooms, a big pool with tables set up beside the pool. This is where a better than average breakfast is served. This is quite good. We ate at the Hotel restaurant the night before. This was a quite good buffett of salads and hot food. There is no access to the internet. The... more

A pleasant welcome even at 2am. Check in was swift and the AC was on when I got to my room which was a welcome break from the 25C heat outside. The room was tidy and a good size. The Carpet was a little dirty in a few small patches and the sink and bath could have done with a... more

My wife and I stayed here for two days with a tour group. Overall hotel was acceptable but the catering staff managed to poison at least half our bus with either the buffet breakfasts or buffet dinners. My tip is to either avoid eating here or take industrial strength medicine to combat the bug. It really put a downer on... more
